ofesolarev.ie · prepared for OFE Solar & EV only

You have real testimonials from three towns and a page for none of them

This review is about who your website brings in. The site itself is well built: a real photo of an actual roof installation, four named customer testimonials from Roscommon, Athlone and Sligo, and real partner brand logos. None of that is showing up in search. Only 9 keywords are tracked against the whole site, and the single visitor you get a month arrives through an electrician page, not a solar one. It's all detailed below, with what to do about each one.

Real named testimonials

"Hello world!" never removed.
01 The rankings

The proof exists. The pages to catch the search don't.

Only 9 searches are tracked against this site at all, an unusually small number for a site with a genuine service list and real customer proof. Not one solar or EV term reaches a ranking that brings in visitors.

What people GooglePeople / monthYour situation
electrician near me3.6K41st. Your only real traffic, and it's not for solar.41st
solar installation21045th, from your solar installation service page.45th
solar ev charging station14034th, your closest solar-adjacent result.34th
eco solar energy17044th, from the homepage.44th

There is no tracked ranking at all for "solar panels roscommon," "solar panels athlone," "solar panels sligo" or any similar county search, despite named customer testimonials from all three towns sitting on your own homepage right now. The proof a homeowner in any of those towns would want to see already exists. There's just no page built to catch them searching.

02 The specifics

Three things holding the numbers down

Nothing here is a design problem. The homepage looks professional and trustworthy. These are structural gaps, all checkable on the live site.

Missing
No page for any of the towns your own testimonials name
Michael in Roscommon, Mary in Athlone, Ivan in Sligo, Martin in Roscommon again: four real, named, five-star reviews already on your homepage. None of those towns has a dedicated page for someone searching "solar panels" plus their own town.
Live
The default WordPress starter post is still live
ofesolarev.ie/hello-world/ is the placeholder post every new WordPress site ships with. It's still there, unedited, and indexed the same as your real service pages.
Hidden
No aggregate rating shown anywhere
The individual testimonials are real and five stars each, but there's no summary line like "5.0 stars from 48 reviews" anywhere a visitor sees it at a glance.
Worth noticing

This is not a design problem, it is steady monthly work. The site and the proof are already there. What's missing is a small number of pages built specifically around the towns you already serve and can already prove you serve.

03 Done for you

The fixes, already written out

Each fix below is ready to hand to whoever manages the site.

Fix 1 · Your homepage's Google listing, before vs after
The current listing is broad and national. The new version names the county base and the real proof you already have.

Fix 2 · The pages the site is missing

/solar-panels-roscommon/ , two named testimonials already exist, no page today

Fix 3 · The remaining quick fixes
Small, checkable, no design work involved.
/hello-world/ , delete, it's the unused WordPress default post
Homepage , add a summary line: "5.0 stars from 48 Google reviews," above the individual testimonials
04 The plan

05 What it adds up to

Run your own numbers on it

The searches in this report add up to

4,110 searches every month across the terms currently tracked.

Around 1 visit a month currently arriving, and it's not for solar.

Zero confirmed rankings for any solar or EV buying search anywhere on the site.

Electrician near me alone is 3,600 searches a month, and it's the only thing bringing any visitor to this site at all. You already have proof from three named towns sitting unused. You know how many of those searches turn into an installation for you, and what a job is worth. That's the sum worth doing on your side.

Bottom line: You have the proof. You're missing the three pages that would let people find it.
Why sooner beats later

Your organic keyword count fell 10% over the last month tracked, on a base that was already small. A site with only 9 tracked keywords has very little room left to lose before search traffic disappears almost entirely.

Whether you tackle this yourself or hand it to someone else
I'm happy to spend 15 minutes walking you through the report so you know which changes will actually move the needle first. Bring whoever manages your website if you like, and if you want, we'll put the first fixes live while we're on. You keep everything in this report either way.
